  이탈리아 로마에서 쓰레기 관리 문제로 비상 상황이 이어진다. 정치인들과 민간 기업들, 보통의 주민들을 포함한 쓰레기의 도시라는 패러다임. 오염과 질병이 이러한 범죄적 시스템을 백일 하에 드러내고 이 문제가 로마와 이탈리아 전체에 얼마나 뿌리 깊게 박힌 것인지 폭로한다. 부정부패의 혼란 속에서 자신의 땅에 대한 애착, 그리고 건강과 존엄성에 대한 권리라는 이름으로 지역 주민들이 영웅으로 나서서 훌륭한 통치 구조와 풀뿌리 행정 방식을 다시 이용한다.

   

  The constant emergency of waste management in Rome, Italy. City of waste, a paradigm involving politicians, private companies, and simple citizens. Pollution and diseases brought this criminal system into the limelight, exposing how rooted it is in both the capital and the whole country. The wild west of corruption makes way for one hero, the local populations who in the name of the attachment to their land and the right to health and dignity are re-appropriating good governance and grassroots administration.

  키아라 벨리니 감독은 현재 자신이 만든 제작사 모가나 프로덕션에서 시나리오 작가 및 감독으로 활동하고 있으며 민간 및 다큐멘터리 작업과 함께 사회적, 비영리 광고 분야에서도 활발히 작업하고 있다.

   

  Chiara Bellini is now working as screenwriter and director for her own production company Morgana Production. Along with her work in civil and documentary research, she is active in the area of social and non-profit commercials.
